Dr Chio graduated from the UK in 1998 and after internships in Cardiology, Plastic and General Surgery in England, returned and started his Aesthetic Medicine practice in Sinapore in 2001.

He started from the most basic procedures of Fruit acid skin peels and IPLs. Through intensive study, Conferences, Seminars, Worskhops and Internships, Dr Chio gradually built up knowledge and skills to incorporate into his practice for the benefit of his patients. This has included Botox, Fillers, Non-invasive Lasers and other energy devices to Liposuction, Fat Transfer and Threadlifts. 

He has trained with some of the world’s most prominent anti-ageing,  aesthetic medicine and cosmetic surgery  practitioners to hone and perfect his skills.

Dr Chio enjoys learning foreign languages and working fluency in them has has enabled him to keep abreast of the latest worldwide developments. 

Pre-COVID, He frequently travels to attend and lectures at conferences and workshops to impart his expertise. He has been featured in the mass media and on radio programmes presenting topics on Anti-ageing and Aesthetic Medicine.  

Recently, taking advantage of the COVID social isolation period , he has successfully experienced First Hand the benefits of considerable weight loss using the tools , techniques and machines that he has used on  his patients . 

As an EXCO member of the International College of Surgeons, Dr Chio hopes that going forward, there would be more collaboration with SAMS in the future  to the benefit of younger Aesthetic Medicine practitioners.

OBSTETRICIAN & GYNECOLOGIST

Dr Cecil Y.M Wong was trained as an Obstetrician/Gynecologist and graduated from the National
University of Singapore in 1972. He obtained his M.R.C.O.G degree in United Kingdom in 1981.
Subsequently he was appointed as a lecturer and re-search fellow in the University of Singapore for
three years before he left to set up Singapore Women’s Clinic and other private Institutions of
Medicine.

INTERGRETIVE FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE/REGENERATIVE MEDICINE

Apart from his gynecological practise, Dr Wong has gone into the field of Disease Prevention,
Regenerative Medicine and Functional Medicine. He has set up protocols in Health Maintenance and
the prevention of chronic metabolic diseases like diabetes, hypertension, hormonal deficiencies, cancer
and auto immune diseases.
The optimisation of functions of each organ is the primary aim.

REGENERATIVE MEDICINE

Dr Wong was one of the first Gynecologists in Singapore to branch into Regenerative Medicine as he
saw the trend towards Personalised and Longevity Medicine.
The desire for a longer Health and Life Span is getting tremendous interest in the present time.

Dr Wong had helped setting up several stem cell laboratories and banks in various countries with the
view that in the near future, Stem Cell will be used for the treatment of many degenerative medical.

Dr Cecil Wong’s has created his personal special health and wellness protocol for his clinic and clients

Dr. Quincy Raya is a Preventive Medicine Physician with over 15 years of vast clinical experience specializing in preventive and regenerative medicine. She is trained and certified in Anti-Aging Medicine with Dr. Thierry Hertoghe (Paris), Preventive Medicine in Dresden International University (Germany), Andrology and Men’s Health with Dr. Peter Lim at Gleneagles Hospital (Singapore), Nutritional Medicine with the Australian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine and a graduate of Leadership in Medicine Program of Harvard Medical School in September 2021.
